Default 1964 Catalina disc brake conversion

I purchased a disc brake kit from Classic Disc Brakes .com. The rotor sits about .400" deeper on the spindle than the drum when installed. There is NO customer service from the vender. Any way to make this work? I want to use the 12" rotors if possible. Thanks.

Only way I can see for this too work if caliper doesn't line up with disc ?? is to have a spacer made?? But may be easier said than done !!! You don't want to damage hub seal.
