I am looking for someone who has done this swap. Right noe the car has an all aluminum 1960's 215cid olds engine and a 4 speed auto trans. The previous owner had this swap done and a very bad job on engine fitment to trans. Causing problems with mounting the starter to this block. ie lot of back of block area missing. I bought the car without being told this and have spent too many hours trying to make the starter ring gear engagement work. The frame has not been cut to fit the eng/trans. I am looking to do a 3.8 ltr Buick eng & auto trans drop in. Anyone out there done this?
