    Default Gas pedal.

    How do you adjust a gas pedal on a 1965 Pontiac GP to achieve a clearance of 4 11/16 " between the floor panel and back side of pedal? The service. Manuel is of no help. Thanks, Ted.

    There is an adjustable rod between the carb and the bell crank.. Turn it in for more pedal..
