Huge forum update! 2018-10-23

HUGE update to the forums as of 2018-10-23.

75% of the old/redundant/unused forums were moved and combined to remove clutter and to create a more friendly list of forums.

I've also reduced some of the page clutter to make the forum a bit more attractive and faster to load. If you have any questions or problems don't hesitate to contact me.
