Hi there everyone,

So this past Feb I bought myself a cheap BDay present. 1970 Catalina Station Wagon- just before it was to be parted or scraped.
It's all there which was totally cool, rust?- of course but not terrible.

Rebuilt the transmission, found a AM/FM radio w/8 track but one little thing has me stumped.


The rear bumper.
How does one affix the license plate to that bumper?

Is there a bracket I need or can I mount it directly to the bumper?

Yes- this wagon has the gas tank to the side quarter and that's where one fills her up so no gas tank fill spout at rear bumper.


Also I need to replace the gas tank. Any recommendations of the best place to get a stainless or maybe powder coated one?
