    Default Compression Ratio

My 64 Catalina 389 has some mild mods about which I know nothing. It has roller rockers and a mild cam. I installed dual small AFB quads built by John Reeder more for looks than performance. It has '74 4X heads. My question is:

I did a compression test and every cylinder was 120 lbs. Is there any way to calculate the engine compression ratio from that number?
    Regards,
    Vince
