The idle speed in my 55 fluctuates between stoplights. My friend /mechanic (chrysler trained) says the distributer port on the WCFB gives inconsistant readings. At first there is no vacuum until it warms.speeds up, then it varries. Ine original owner put a kit in it recently.

1. We do not know where to look?

2. I am trying to find an insulator for under the carb, but cannot find the right bolt pattern. What is this called?
