57 pontiac license plate lights

It seams that the glass lenses are easily available for the license plate light housing. The bodies are made of a pot metal and it looks like the glass lens is swedged in place. Can someone tell me how to remove the old lens, and install the new ones?

They are easy to replace, as you note the housing crimps down to hold the (plastic) lens in place, you just need to gently but firmly pry the crimped flange up to release the lens using a small flat bladed screwdriver or equivalent. Good luck
