Undercoat done at factory or dealer?
I was just wondering if the undercoat was ever sprayed on at the factory or was it always sprayed on at the dealer? I guess it is what they call a dealer option.

Undercoat was always a dealer applied option. There was a little applied at the factory on the inside of the doors, and under the floor, but that was to cut down on the sound of drumming and the rocks hitting the bottom of the car. If the car was "undercoated", which was extremely common, it was done by the dealer.
