Throttle Linkage Part Identification 1964 Catalina

Hello,
I've got a 64 Catalina with a 389 4 BBL which was recently purchased from out of state. The car runs well but has a half hearted repair of the throttle linkage that I want to correct. I'm unsure of the part name or number and don't know where to find the replacement part. In the pictures I uploaded the part is wrapped in gray pipe insulation which is held on with zip ties. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Update: I was able to find the linkage needed from East West Auto Parts in Tulsa, OK on the recommendation of the model year adviser. Thanks!
