The Early Times Chapter, (ETC) is dedicated to the preservation and restoration of 1926 to 1954 Pontiacs. ETC is a chapter of the Pontiac-Oakland Club, International. Membership in the parent organization is required of all ETC chapter members. Membership and participation in your local POCI chapter is recommended.

Membership dues include the newsletter, free classifieds, and voting rights at the ETC annual meeting

US Member $20.00; Canadian Member $23.00 (USD); International Member $35.00 (USD)
Non-US members can get the US member price by having the newsletter emailed to them.

The ETCetera Newsletter is published monthly and is mailed by first class mail to the United States and Canada. All new memberships are for 12 months beginning with the month in which the application is received.
