The tag is a yellow PW-69 81174. I have to move some more stuff to get some pics, it's still attached to my motor and stuffed under a bench.

Have you had it open in the past? The latch may be frozen, try a little downward and upward pressure on the lid when turning the key.

Didn't see this in the parts wanted section, made a copy over there for you.

Sorry for the very late reply. The steering wheel is toast as usual with the B-bodies. The dash pad is still soft and in excellent shape, but pretty sure not correct for Gp's since it's the shorter...
