I miss the days when the Pontiac Club was on the top of all car clubs. Instead of blaming (I am guilty too) we should be trying to keep this alive.

It saddens me when I see another one of our historic treasures like a vintage American car leave home. No mean disrespect Pete. It's your car, your money and most of all your business.
Now you get...

I know this is an old thread. But I've converted a few sixties Pontiacs over to factory gauges. Frankly I would of been better off leaving the warning lights in and put block mounted oil pressure and...

Did you have to press out the old ball joints. I've replaced them but I think they were replacements to begin with. The lower control arms all ready had the screw holes in them..
The 64 needs to...

If you want to cruise keep it Pontiac. If you want to drag race put a big block Chevy 454 in it or spend obscene amounts of money on pretend Pontiac parts that don't run as good as the Chevrolet big...

Sorry for the delay Steve. Coil overs are a waist of money unless you like to make high adjustments. The factory suspension on these cars was pretty advanced for the times..

I would check out the Performance Years forum. Lots of engine builders over there..
Keep compression around 9 and keep cam duration short. I like the factory 068 or the Super Duty #10 cams the...
