Blower motor on a '69 GP

Anybody here go through this? Need to change the blower motor and wondering the easiest way to do this (aside from taking off the passenger side wheel well...) :confused:

You said it... wheel well, or you could do like somebody did to my '69 and hack an opening in the well, luckly I have a spare!
